Success breeds success. When I started the company in 2003, God blessed me with the abilities and personal support to become successful very quickly in real estate. Within three years numerous people were asking me to coach them to do the same. Many of them became quite successful in real estate too! The principles we were employing began to show similar results in other industries as well, almost right from the start. This coaching endeavor soon turned into a significant source of revenue for the company. So, in 2011 the coaching component of the company had become so profitable that we actually stopped doing real estate altogether.

And so, in 2011 the company was reborn to become known as "Executive Coaching Company". We also opened the "Grace Walker Academy" subdivision within the company to better serve groups of executives who wanted to include group training (classroom oriented sessions) in their overall coaching process.

Since that time we have retained and given advanced training to multiple coaches from other industries to expand our ability to coach just about any business owner or executive, regardless of their industry or background. We've grown now to 12 readily available coaches with a presence in three states (Missouri, Kansas, and Tennessee), and the ability to travel anywhere in the United States to meet at client's business locations. As CEO, I greatly enjoy the process of matching our potential clients with their perfectly suited coach. Testimony after testimony has encouraged us to continue in our work over the years.
